This Privacy Policy is a legally binding instrument of the multimperia Website available at permanent address https://multiproff-multimperia.online, and it outlines the procedure and conditions for multimperia in relation to processing and protecting personal information provided by Users of the multimperia Website and Server.

1.1. multimperia – shall mean the multimperia Community owning, controlling and operating the “multimperia” brand, Website and Server.
1.2. Administration – shall mean the administrators administrating and managing the multimperia Website and Server.
1.3. User(s) – shall mean any person(s) using the multimperia Website and Server.
1.4. Personal Data – shall mean the data or the collection of data, relating to an identified or specifically identifiable natural person.

2. General Provisions
2.1. Relations concerning the collection, storage, transfer and protection of Personal Data about Website Users are regulated by this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions of Use, other official documents of multimperia and the Applicable law.
2.2. The User automatically agrees to the terms set out in this Privacy Policy by registering on the Website and using it. In the event that a User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, the User must immediately terminate use of the Site and its services.
2.3. The Administration does not conduct any verification checks regarding the accuracy of the received information about Users, such checks are carried out by Administration only as far as such verification process is necessary in order for the Administration to fulfil its obligations towards the User.

6.1. When processing Personal Data of Users, multimperia is guided by the Law of Russian Federation No. 152 VI "On Personal Data Protection" as of July 27, 2006.
6.2. The User’s Personal Data may be processed pursuant to the following legal grounds:
• on the grounds of Data Subject’s consent to his/her Personal Data processing;
• on the grounds of permission for processing Personal Data granted to a controller of Personal Data under the Applicable law, solely for the purpose of exercising his/her functions;
• based on conclusion and performance of a legal contract to which a Data Subject is a party or which is concluded in favour of a Data Subject, or to perform actions leading to the conclusion of a legal contract at the request of a Data Subject;
• for the purpose of protection of vital interests of a Data Subject;
• for the purpose of protection of legitimate interests of controllers of Personal Data or third parties except where the Data Subject requests to stop processing his/her Personal Data and the need to protect Personal Data overrides those interests.

7. Transfer and Disclosure of Personal Data
7.1. The User’s Personal Data may be transferred or disclosed to third parties by Administration in the following circumstances:
• If such transfer or disclosure is requested by an order of court or governmental authority or is otherwise permitted by Applicable law;

8.2. It is the responsibility of the User to read and become familiar with the Privacy Policy, User is deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms of the Privacy Policy upon mere usage of the Website.
8.3. New terms of the updated versions of Privacy Policy will be considered as accepted by the User in its entirety if User continues to use the Website after the new Privacy Policy has been published on the Website.
